Procedure:

• Fill small test tube (75 x 10 mm) with approximately 2 ml fresh urine
• Overlap slowly about four drop of Rapid Bile pigment reagent over the sample (do not mix).
• Waitfor1 minute
• Presence of bile pigment indicates a green colored ring of biliverdin in between the reagent and sample phase
• Run a non negative and positive sample to compare the result
